This project has been designed for the production of Steel and Alloy Steel Castings using Pyrotechnic composition.
We use mill scale which is the waste material produced as a result of hot rolling of steel by Steel Rolling Mills.
The addition of the required quantity of Ferro alloys enables us to make high value castings like Hadfield Manganese steel, Heat Resistant steel, Alloy steel with Chrome & Tungsten,Stainless steel, etc.
It is indeed environmentally ideal and saves on energy.
